John is Vice President of Sales for Welltok, a Denver based health optimization software company.  John has been involved in the Colorado charter school community for over 12 years.  He is a founding board member of NorthStar Academy Charter School (K-8) in Douglas County.  He is also involved with SkyView Academy Charter School (pre-12) as a board member, founder and currently serves as the president of the SVA building corporation.  Additionally, he served under appoints by the last three governors as a board member for the Colorado Department of Education’s Charter School Institute.   John received his BS and MBA from San Jose State University and lived in San Francisco before moving to Denver in 2003.  He is a single father to two wonderful teenagers, John,14 and Emma,16.  In his spare time, John enjoys woodworking, playing golf and finding the best hole-in-the-wall restaurants.
