Leslie has served on the Board of Academy 360 since its founding year; she is now a volunteer for the board.  She has been a corporate attorney in Colorado for over 30 years.  She brings a breadth of experience in law and business development, having taken businesses through formation, financings, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and the full range of commercial contracts.  She started her legal career as an associate at Davis, Graham & Stubbs, served as in house counsel for Jones Intercable, StorageTek, Corporate Express, BCM and Qwest, and is currently Corporate Counsel at Global Healthcare Exchange.  Leslie received her JD from University of Virginia, Order of the Coif (top 10%), and BS from Virginia Tech, with distinction.  Leslie puts her passion for education to work by volunteering to improve education options for all students.  Prior to joining the A360 Board, Leslie served as PTSA Secretary and an A+ Angels Mentor for East High School.
