Kids Night In!

Fun for the kids and a night out for you!
Drop off 4:00-4:15pm, doors will lock at 4:15pm and will reopen at 7:30pm.
$20 for one child
$35 for two children (same family)
$45 for three or more children (same family)
* Children must be at least 4 years old; only for A360 families. Description: A fun night for kids at the school! Games, dinner, crafts, and a movie. A360 PTA families will provide supervision. What to bring: PJs*, sneakers, water bottle and blanket (optional but fun!).
*Please do not send your student in pajamas; they can change later after dinner.
Reserve your space: Space is limited.
Send this form to school with payment attached to hold your spot; students will not be accepted into the lock-in unless payment has been made.
