The year-long CDA Fellows program offered by Academy 360, is designed to reflect and expand on the conceptual framework provided by Mile High Learning. Through research and practice in the areas of early childhood development, assessment, intervention, and instructional planning, the Academy 360 CDA Fellows Program prepares new professionals to serve young children and their families in their first years of school. The Fellows program offers paid CDA Training and a paid Teaching Assistant position in an Early Childhood Classroom at Academy 360.

Academy 360 has been fortunate enough to host DU School of Social Work graduate students since its inception year, 2013-2014. Graduate students work with Academy 360 students in both group and one on one settings. This partnership is an integral part of A360’s mental health work.
