Our Mission 

At Academy 360, we are driven by the mission to develop students’ minds, bodies, and characters so they may lead healthy and fulfilling lives in school, college, and beyond.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a new way for how a school serves its community. We build community partnerships, offer individualized care for each child, and help students grow and learn to meet their full potential. Academy 360 offers a whole-child education – focused on mind, body and character – where students can learn while knowing they are safe, welcome and that they belong. This will be done by creating:

• Culture of Academics: Helping students grow academically to reach proficiency.  
• Culture of Staff: Supporting our teachers and staff as a family of lifelong learners, who are focused on building an inclusive environment.
• Culture of Community: Through health and wellness efforts, embracing Montbello’s values of pride, diversity, and dignity through building belonging and partnerships.
• Culture of Inclusivity: Understanding and empowering each student and staff member’s learning strengths, abilities and what makes them unique. 

Our Commitment to Equity

We know racial and educational equity is our collective responsibility. In partnership with DPS, we will achieve equity when we dismantle deeply rooted systems of oppression that have historically resulted in inequitable access and distribution of opportunities and resources for those who represent marginalized identities, including race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, language, and ability.

At Academy 360, we create and foster whole-child supports – both within our school community and in partnership with community members – that create a space where we all belong, are included, have clear purpose, and have the autonomy to lead in our respective areas.

Community Commitment

Academy 360 is a founding member of the Montbello Community Building. We partner with community organizations and build neighborhood relationships through education and community programming to meet the needs of children and their families in the Montbello and Far Northeast communities – truly offering a wraparound services approach.
