Academy 360 is a public, tuition-free charter school open to all students in Colorado.

Enrollment for the 2026-27 school year is open! Round 1 will close on Jan. 20, 2026 at 4 p.m. Families will be notified of Round 1 placement results in late February. If a waitlist exists, your student will be added to the list in date and time order within your given priority. Current students do not need to submit an application.
To participate in SchoolChoice, families submit one SchoolChoice application per student. Complete a SchoolChoice application here and select Academy 360 as your first choice. Families with existing Parent Portal accounts can log in using their username and password and families who do not have Parent Portal accounts will set up a new account.

ECE: If your student will be in ECE next year, you do need to complete a SchoolChoice application. When you complete a Round 1 SchoolChoice application, the DPS Enrollment Services and Early Education teams will reach out to provide the next steps for completing an application for funding support through Colorado UPK.
Students who turn 3 years old on or before Oct. 1 will need to apply for ECE-3. Students who turn 4 years old on or before Oct. 1 will need to apply for ECE-4. Due to limited space, enrollment is not guaranteed. Learn more about ECE in DPS here!

How DPS SchoolChoice Works
DPS SchoolChoice is a one-application, one-deadline application and enrollment process. During the application window – usually open mid-January to mid-February – families rank their top school preferences and submit their Choice application. DPS then matches students to schools based on those preferences, as well as school admission priorities and available space.
Here are the steps families take:
- Find: First, prepare for SchoolChoice, learn more about schools in which you might be interested. (Be sure to explore this Academy 360 website and join a school tour to see if we might be a good fit for you!)
- Apply: Create your account. (We recommend using your Parent Portal account username and password to log in, but you may also use your email address). Then, fill out and submit the SchoolChoice application – including ranking your most-preferred schools (up to 12) – any time during the month-long Choice window.

Online registration is OPEN!
Once you have been accepted through the DPS SchoolChoice process, please complete online registration to enter and verify your student’s information.
Registration must be completed every year and can only be completed by the guardian listed as primary on your student’s record.
Sign in to your DPS Parent Portal, click on “See All Apps,” then click on “Online Registration” to complete!
