Second Grade Teacher
Monique Bankston is excited to join the Academy 360 community as a 2nd grade teacher. She has several years of experience working with children from early childhood through elementary school and is passionate about creating classrooms where every student feels seen, valued, and capable of success.
Monique earned her bachelor’s degree in Project Management from Colorado State University Global and is currently working toward her Colorado teaching license. Before joining Academy 360, she served in a variety of educational roles, including lead preschool teacher, transition liaison, family advocate, and elementary teaching associate. These experiences have strengthened her belief that strong relationships, high expectations, and joyful learning are the foundation of student success.
